These USGI leg panels are surplus and come in two conditions: new and used-good. These panels are exactly the same, though they might be made by different manufacturers. Therefore, colors may vary slightly, particularly the mesh liner on the back.
Used-Good leg panels may have slight discoloration, dirt, or scratches on the buckles. They are in perfect working order and have many years of life left.
