Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday and shipments can be made only on those days. If there is a stock issue with your order, you will be notified by phone or email as to the status. In some cases it may be more efficient to have your order drop shipped from the manufacturer. In these cases tracking info may not be readily available.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes between 3 to 6 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. Standard shipping costs are quoted during checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout. These orders ship within one business day. Please be aware that our cutoff time for same day shipping on in stock items from our warehouse is no later than 11am PST. Please add the processing time period to the transit time to figure out the duration to delivery. Some items may be temporarily out of stock and will need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note: it can take 1 to 5 business days for a manufacturer to process these kinds of orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Expedited orders do not deliver on weekends.
APO/FPO & International Shipping
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO destinations, U.S. Territories or International destinations.
Most orders will receive a tracking number via email after the order has shipped. Please contact our customer relations department to check on the status of orders that do not have tracking available. Alaska & Hawaii: We ship via USPS for customers placing orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. USPS can take up to 7-10 business days for delivery. A live quote is generated during the checkout process. All packages are sent via USPS Priority and are fully insured.
Volume Purchase Orders
Any volume discounted quotes received from us will include an actual freight estimate. Backorder Shipping: The moment your backorder becomes available, we will ship it out at no additional charge.
Order Cancellations, Refusals, and Address Changes
Requests must be made by phone or email. Requests must be made by 11AM PST the day after the order was placed. If the order was placed after 12PM, on a weekend or on a holiday; the time frame will roll-over to 11AM PST on the next business weekday.
If Devil Dog Depot sends the correct items to the address on order and it is refused by the customer, all shipping charges to and from the customer will be deducted from the refund. This includes all shipping charges for any items advertising Free Shipping.
If you find yourself in a special circumstance that requires you to refuse a package, please contact us first for approval.
Adding Additional Items to a Previous Order
We cannot guarantee that requests to add items to previous order will ship with the original order. We will make every attempt to do so but we cannot guarantee it. Additional shipping charges will apply.
If You Input Incorrect Addresses
Unfortunately, every carrier charges additional amounts to either redirect or reship packages due to incorrect addresses. If you omit the correct street address, apartment number, PO box, zip code, etc. we have no choice but to pass on the additional charges to you for the additional cost. This can range from $5 to $35 depending upon the region and the reason. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address on the order.
Despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time and you will receive a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- You have 60 days – Two full months – to return items for refund or exchange.
- The items must be returned or exchanged in a New, Unused and Unworn condition with all tags attached.
All Closeout item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defects and Damage
Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or replaced promptly. Call us at 800-395-9698 immediately upon receipt. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident or use, improper care, negligence or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time is not considered a manufacturer defect.
- Defective Items: Once we receive your item back in our warehouse, we and the manufacturer will evaluate the item in question. If the manufacturer and Devil Dog Depot determine the item is not defective, we will have to charge the customer the cost of the return shipping to our warehouse and the cost to ship the item back to you.
- Defective Item Replacement: For items we deem to be defective, Devil Dog Depot and the manufacturer will replace the item with the exact same model and size. Changes in model, manufacturer, size or color will not be allowed.
- Refunds: Due to an increase in processing cost, we have to balance ourselves in order to maintain our ability to offer competitive pricing. In the past we have fully refunded all items returned. Due to the increase in costs, we will have to implement up to a 15 percent restocking fee for all items that are returned for a refund. Customer must pay for shipping back to our warehouse. To avoid a restocking fee, choose to exchange an item. There is no restocking fee for exchanged items.
- Devil Dog Depot Mistakes: If Devil Dog Depot sent out an incorrect item or size, we will replace the item at no cost to you - shipping included.
