Used-Very Good: These Dress Blues tunics are used military surplus. They were previously issued and may come with rank patches. These patches are easily removed with IP scissors and can be replaced with your rank. Dress Blues jackets are typically well cared for, and these jackets are no exception. They have few, if any, visible flaws. However, like any uniform item they may need to be dry cleaned and/or detailed prior to wearing to an event or formation.
