The Desert Battle Dress Uniform (DBDU) is an authentic, U.S. government-issue camouflage battle uniform designed for arid and desert environments. Originally introduced in the early 1980s, this iconic pattern was famously utilized by the United States Armed Forces throughout the early 1990s, most notably during the Persian Gulf War and Operation Desert Storm. Designed to meet strict military specifications under official contract, this heavy-duty tactical field coat offers classic military styling with exceptional durability for collectors, reenactors, and outdoor enthusiasts.
Crafted from a highly durable, tight-weave NYCO (50% Nylon / 50% Cotton) fabric blend, this BDU blouse is built to withstand high abrasions, wind, and light moisture. The classic four-pocket design features two chest pockets and two lower cargo pockets, all equipped with hidden-button flaps to keep gear highly secure in the field. Designed for maximum movement and longevity, it is constructed with reinforced elbows, felled seams, and a covered button-front closure to prevent snagging. Adjustable button cuffs on the sleeves allow for a customized fit.
