Description
Each Humanitarian Military Style MRE is supplies the full daily nutritional and calorie requirements for one adult man for one day. With 2,200 calories per meal, one case will feed an adult for 10 days.
Like military issue MREs, each HDR is fully-cooked and ready to eat out of the package. Unlike most military MRE’s, these do not include a heating element and require the user to either have their own heating source or simply eat the food straight from the package without heating.

Please Note
- Unlike regular military MREs, these HDRs do NOT include a flameless heater unit)
- Each case comes sealed with 10 complete full-day Rations and includes an assortment of meals. We cannot guarantee which specific meals will be included
- MREs do not have an expiration date. They have an inspection date and a pack date. The Inspection date is three years after the pack date, and the inspection date is the date the Military inspects the cases during long term storage to verify they are still fit for consumption. Manufacturers suggest that meal contents are good for approximately 5 or more years when stored at room temperature. Meals stored in cooler temperatures stay fresh longer.
